STEPHANIE VITACCO

Juliette Hohnen is one of the top real estate agents in Los Angeles, appearing on The Hollywood Reporter’s list of Top 25 Real Estate Agents and The Wall Street Journal’s Top 200 Realtors in the country. Juliette has parlayed her relationships internationally, on both coasts and in the entertainment business, into an unstoppable and unique real estate selling machine. Along with her polished sales skills, tough negotiating style, attention to detail and innovative marketing ideas, she has managed to combine her extensive relationships within the broker community to consistently close deals no matter how impossible they seem during the selling and buying process.

Born in London, Juliette studied interior design at The Inchbald School of Art and Design and had a 15-year career as an award-winning television producer and journalist. She ran the West Coast Bureau of MTV where she produced their movie programming.

An admitted “houseaholic,” Juliette realized her true passion is real estate. As a trained designer she has the unique ability to visualize a property’s possibilities–a skill that works for both sellers and buyers. She is imaginative and decisive, well versed in the intricacies of real estate transactions and a powerhouse marketer. She uses her extensive connections in the film, television, music, finance and design communities in California, the East coast, Australia and Europe to actively bring buyers to her listings, while also building and maintaining strong relationships within the real estate community to find pocket listings for her buyers. Juliette’s knowledge of the market and expert negotiating skills ensure her clients get the best deal in their real estate transactions.

LAUREN MUSS

Douglas Elliman – New York, NY

 Lauren Muss has been consistently recognized by the Wall Street Journal as one of the “Top 100” Agents in the nation and “Top 10” in NYC since 2007. She was awarded Top Individual Broker in 2016, 2013 and 2010, and consistently ranks among the Top 3 brokers in the industry; she received the “Deal of the Year” award in 2007. 

It’s no surprise that real estate professional Lauren Muss upholds the fine results-oriented reputation in the industry she has, having come from such a renowned family of builders, developers and property owners. LUCY FEICHT

Lucy (who also goes by Lou) is Lou Realty Groupʼs Real Estate Broker and Owner. She is made up of two important ingredients; Real Estate and St. Louis, which just happen to be her two passions. Considering herself St. Louisʼs number one fan, she is a native to St Louis & it’s plain to see that she is very proud of her city. The neighborhoods of STL is where she lives, works and plays. Recognized for her dedication and commitment, Realtor® Magazine named Lucy one of the top young agents in the country with the prestigious ʼ30 Under 30ʼ award.  She makes regular appearances discussing real estate on her local NBC station. 
 
Lucy is fully engaged and committed to educating each of her clients, ensuring they are fully prepared to make sound financial decisions. She has a personable approach to sales and is in her element going the extra mile to partner with her clients & agents. Being a real estate investor herself, sellers benefit from her extensive analysis of the current market, and buyers are confident in Lucy to take the lead. Lucy handles each sale as if it was her own while carefully understanding her clients goals. If you ask Lucy when did she knew she wanted a career in real estate, sheʼll respond: “It was always my goal to be in real estate!”. She is an active member of the local St Louis Association of Realtors and serves at the state level as a member of the Board of Directors for the Missouri Association of Realtors. When she isnʼt buying & selling real estate (whether for clients or for herself personally) Lucy is typically headed to the Lake of the OʼZarks with her husband Billy and their 100lb Rottweiler, Lucas. She is in her happy place when sharing a good laugh with friends & family while trying out a new local restaurant. You’ll always find her dressed head to toe in Lou Realty gear, including branded shoes (thanks to her sister).

KARA CHEN

Keller Williams – Harrisburg, PA

In her relatively short time in real estate, Kara has been recognized for her production and service, at both the national and local levels. Kara was named one of Realtor® Magazine’s “30 under 30” for 2017, as determined by the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, she has served on her brokerage’s Board of Directors and was nominated by her peers and Harrisburg Magazine as a Local Real Estate Leader in South Central Pennsylvania. 

Kara has consistently excelled in all her endeavors, from graduating third in her high school class to graduating Magna Cum Laude from Juniata College where she double-majored in Pre-Med & Theatre on a full scholarship. Kara then went on to attend medical school but left due to health issues.  

Kara believes in experiencing life to the fullest and takes pleasure in placing blue ribbons on every endeavor. She is dedicated to bringing the highest ethical and business standards to her clients. She prides herself on anticipating her clients’ needs and providing outstanding customer service.

A mother of 2 young boys (both under 5 years old), Kara credits her success to the support of her husband and friends.

Corinne Fales is a distinguished Realtor® based in Delafield, Wisconsin. And 2 4-legged babies: Nessa a Boxer/Bull Dog Rescue and Mia Marie her precious 16-year-old pug! Karin is happily married to her high school sweetheart for 33 years and he is her constant supporter. Her hobbies include: fitness, designing, shopping and boating. Karin’s moto: “I love what I do, and I do what I love!” She loves helping and giving back. The BNI moto “Givers Gain”.

Livy Girl not only advocates for women but teaches us the skills and strategies to succeed. Karin is a member of Jan and Judy’s training and coaching programs!

Kristen Martinez

Atlanta Communities – Atlanta, GA

Kristen Martinez got into the industry because she fell in love with it. She fell in love with homes, the character each one had, & the beautiful people she gets to help transition from one to another. She fell in love with hearing people’s stories, really getting to know their needs for their futures, & focusing on ensuring they found a home that met those future goals.

Being a mom of two young children under the age of four has worn this mama out, but when making a New Year’s resolution in 2016 to get her license & pursue her dream to become an entrepreneur, she felt with confidence this was finally the time to make it happen. While working full-time, she focused on going to class to get her license on nights & weekends, all while pregnant + with a 1-year-old. She felt exhausted but motivated that she could do anything & this made her unstoppable. Only five days after giving birth to her youngest, Kristen sat in her first closing & hasn’t slowed down since. ‘Anyone who thinks this career path is easy, really needs to sit down & talk with any experienced agent along with those getting into the industry to find out quickly it is not. It’s quite the opposite.’ Only being in the industry for a little more than two years, her passion to help others has made her more transparent & genuine with her clients. Being this is her first year in real estate as a full-time agent, she’s quickly climbing the ladder to becoming a top producer in Georgia soon.

Along with making her goals come true in Real Estate, Kristen was featured in Top Agent Magazine 2018 for her innovative marketing strategies. Gratefully being amongst a hugely supportive family, she’s been able to get her RESA- Staging certification & was featured in the AJC (Atlanta Journal Constitution) for her decorating + styling expertise.
